In order to keep a civil atmosphere, we have established guidelines that will govern how we administer our online community.

Keeping in mind that the internet is a public venue, we ask that you please not share any personal information, which may include, but is not limited to accounting, claim or policy information. If you have a specific question in regards to these areas, please contact your agent or Grinnell Mutual directly at (800) 362-2041.

The views and opinions of community members do not represent those of Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company, its employees, agents, affiliated mutual members, officers or policyholders. They are the sole responsibility of the individual(s) who posted them. By participating in our community you agree to hold Grinnell Mutual harmless from claims or demands that may arise from content you post. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees.

We believe acting with civility and respect is important in every facet of life. We ask you to remember this while participating in online community communications and please refrain from posting any profane, derogatory, obscene or abusive material.

Do not post material that could be considered spam, commercial or personal solicitations, messages containing improperly documented copyright or trademark material, viruses, or other material that is contrary to the purposes of the community. Please do not post links to sites that may contain spam, viruses, or that are unrelated to the topics being discussed.

By participating in our online community, you agree to allow Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company to reproduce your comments for business purposes. Any information that could identify you will be omitted.

Grinnell Mutual reserves the right to delete comments or other content and to block users for any reason, which may or may not include violation of the above guidelines. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or close our online community at anytime without notice.
