How do I make a payment?

Convenience is at your fingertips when it comes to paying your bill with Manage My Account.

Select "Make payment" from your account, choose your payment method, and continue.

For credit card payments, enter payment amount to continue. Next enter account holder first and last name, type of card, card number, expiration date, and CCV (security code).

For e-check payments, enter account holder name, ABA routing number, account number, type of account (checking or savings), and payment amount.

If you have questions about making your payment, don’t hesitate to select "Contact Grinnell Mutual" from your account home page or call Customer Service at 800-362-2041.

If you choose to pay by mail or through your financial institution's bill pay service, please use the address listed on your billing statement.
