Purpose of Use
Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company (“Grinnell Mutual”) is providing our commercial policyholder customers (“You”) with a means of accessing and using the J.J. Keller safety video service (“J.J. Keller”). The J.J. Keller website is to be solely used by current commercial policyholders for accessing safety videos. You agree that the J.J. Keller website will not be used for any purpose unrelated to that. You are prohibited from using J.J. Keller services on behalf of other persons, associations, or business entities.

Any link provided by Grinnell Mutual to the J.J. Keller website or to any other webpages is provided solely for your convenience. Grinnell Mutual does not maintain, control, approve, endorse, or continually review these websites, or the services, products or data contained or obtained therein, and these websites are in no way intended to represent an exhaustive listing of service providers that may be useful to you. Grinnell Mutual makes no warranties or representations express or implied, regarding the content, data, services, or offers contained in these websites. Access Code
Grinnell Mutual will provide you with an access code for use of the J.J. Keller website. You are fully responsible for the security of your access code. You agree not to allow anyone to gain access to the J.J. Keller site or to allow anyone outside of your business to know your access code. If you become aware of the unauthorized use of your access code or other security breach, you agree to immediately inform Grinnell Mutual and J.J. Keller. You further agree and understand that you are solely responsible for the persons at your business who use your access code. Grinnell Mutual reserves the exclusive right to withdraw your right to use the access code, should you or your employees not comply with any provision of this Terms of Use agreement.
Compliance with Local Laws
As a condition to the grant of an access code for use of the J.J. Keller website, you agree to fully comply with all applicable laws of your state and locality. You will ensure that your employees will also comply with relevant laws on the subject.
The laws of the State of Iowa and the United States govern these Terms of Use. Any suit or other action relating to the construction, breach, or enforcement of this Terms of Use agreement must be brought in the District Court of Poweshiek County, Iowa, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa in Des Moines, Iowa. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
Trademarks and Copyrights
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company and J.J. Keller. Nothing contained on the website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the website without the written permission of Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company or J.J. Keller.
Images displayed on the website are either the property of or used with permission by Grinnell Mutual or J.J. Keller. The use of these images by you, or anyone authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by Grinnell Mutual or J.J. Keller in writing.
