Grinnell Mutual named 29th in Top Workplaces USA for 2022

Grinnell Mutual has been named a national 2022 Top Workplaces USA winner for employers with 500–999 employees by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in employee engagement. The company ranked 29th nationally.

The award is based on employee feedback gathered by Energage through a research-based, anonymous survey. The survey captures feedback on key areas such as employee alignment with company values; employees feeling that their work is appreciated; and satisfaction with pay, benefits, and culture.
