We understand that many Grinnell Mutual customers could experience financial hardship from the cancellations and closures due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We are prepared to offer assistance on a case-by-case basis.

If you have been directly financially impacted by this situation, please know that our customer service representatives are ready to help with billing and payment issues and that we will do whatever is reasonable and possible to assist.

The easiest and safest way to make payments, look at your policies, and file claims is through our online account system, Manage My Account. If you don’t have an account, scroll down to learn how to register for one, and how to use it.

Grinnell Mutual has deployed a coronavirus (COVID-19) response plan that will help maintain business continuity and decrease the risk of exposure to our customers, our employees, and the communities we live in.

Can I access my Grinnell Mutual policy online?

Commercial policyholders in Pennsylvania and all policyholders in all other states:

Yes! You’ll need your policy number and agency code, which can be found on your invoice, auto ID card, or the Declarations (front) page that came with your policy. If you can't find your policy number please contact your agent.

Pennsylvania home and auto policyholders:

Yes! Before you begin the registration process, have handy your policy number (found on the front page of your policy, auto ID card, or invoice), email address, account holder date of birth and ZIP code. If you can't find your policy number please contact your agent.

Can I pay my Grinnell Mutual bill in person?

At this time, we are not accepting in-person payments until further notice. We encourage you to register for our customer portal where you can pay your bill online.

How can I pay my Grinnell Mutual bill online?

You can pay your Grinnell Mutual bill using our customer portal.

How can I report a claim?

There are four ways to report your claim (known as “first notice of loss” in insurance lingo).

  1. Anytime by using our customer portal.
  2. Anytime by phone, 877-467-2252.
  3. Anytime by email claims@grinnellmutual.com. You’ll receive a response from an adjuster.
  4. Contact your Grinnell Mutual servicing agent.
