Grinnell Mutual hosts 115th Annual Meeting, elections

Grinnell, Iowa — Grinnell Mutual’s 115th annual business meeting convened on June 28, 2023, in Grinnell, Iowa, at the Grinnell Mutual Bartelt Conference and Education Center.

The secretary of the board of directors presented the financial statements and elections were held.

The following board members were re-elected for a three-year term, ending June 2026: Larry Cook of Frontier-Mt. Carroll Mutual, Lincoln, Ill.; Mark Knouse of White Pigeon Mutual, Wilton, Iowa; Bill Lampe of Heritage Mutual, Preston, Iowa; and Steve Underwood of United Mutual, Washington, Mo.

Dan Anderson, Great Plains Farm Mutual Insurance Company, Canton, S.D., was elected to fill the unexpired portion of director Kendall Lunsford’s term, ending June 2024.
