Michelle Hutchinson, vice president of Assurance, Advisory, and Accounting Services and chief audit executive

Michelle Hutchinson oversees the Assurance, Advisory, and Accounting division, including the internal auditing team and the annual statement preparation and tax advisory services for Grinnell Mutual members. 

Hutchinson joined Grinnell Mutual in 2013 and most recently served as chief audit executive. Prior to joining Grinnell Mutual, Hutchinson served as Financial Accounting Analyst for Principal Financial Group and Senior Financial Analyst for Aviva USA.

A graduate of Iowa State University, Hutchinson holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Management Information Systems. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the designation of Certified Information Systems Auditor.
