Lauren Augustin, Vice President of Product Transformation and Delivery

Lauren Augustin is the vice president of Product Transformation and Delivery. She joined Grinnell Mutual in 2008.

While at Grinnell Mutual she has held a number of positions within the Underwriting, Sales and Service Division, previously serving as assistant vice president of Personal Lines and Farm Casualty Underwriting.

Augustin is a graduate of Truman State University and has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa. She has earned several insurance designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Associate in Commercial Insurance (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), among others.

She volunteers on the Imagine Grinnell, Grinnell Chamber of Commerce, and Grinnell Mutual Foundation boards of directors. She also serves on the Iowa Automobile Insurance Plan Service Office Governing Committee.
