Brian Delfino, Vice President of Direct Claims
Brian Delfino is Vice President of the Claims division. Brian joined Grinnell Mutual in March 2017 as director of Personal Lines Claims and was promoted to assistant vice president of that department in 2018.
Delfino has an extensive claims leadership background and held several executive positions with the Kemper Insurance Group. Delfino has a Business Management degree from Rhode Island College, and attended the Executive Development Institute at the University of North Carolina. He also holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
