Bill Simonaitis, vice president of legal and corporate general counsel
Bill Simonaitis is vice president of the legal division and corporate general counsel. Bill joined Grinnell Mutual in March 2020.
Simonaitis graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis., and earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul College of Law in Chicago. Prior to coming to Grinnell Mutual, he served as senior counsel of the Law and Regulation Department at Allstate Insurance in Northbrook, Ill. He also served as Allstate’s chief counsel for its western territory, which included seven regions in 24 states.
