Kevin Kies, Vice President of Direct Claims
Kevin Kies was named vice president of Direct Claims in April 2024.
He joined Grinnell Mutual in 2008 as a supervisor in Reinsurance Claims. After progressing through various reinsurance claims roles, in 2018 he became the assistant vice president of that department.
Prior to joining Grinnell Mutual, Kevin served as a regional manager and multi-line field claims adjuster for Farm Bureau Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
Kevin lives in Alta, Iowa, with his wife and five children.
