If your car is repairable, we have two tools that can help get repairs moving simply and quickly at the auto repair shop of your choice.

1. EASY ESTIMATE LINK

Once your auto claim is filed, your adjuster will text or email you a link to photo-based estimating tool, which lets you point and shoot, and then submit pictures of your car.

All you’ll need to do is click the link for instructions that will walk you through taking and sending the needed photos. There’s no app to download and no unnecessary trips to body shops to gather estimates!

Once we receive the photos, our physical damage appraisers review them, write an estimate, and send you a copy of the estimate for you to take to the shop of your choice. If the shop finds that your car needs additional repairs beyond the estimate, we’ll work directly with them to keep the repair process moving.

2. MITCHELL CONNECT

If your vehicle is repairable, and the shop of your choice has Internet access, we can work directly with them to get an estimate, another way of saving you the inconvenience of shopping around for estimates.

These tools allow you to deal with the inconveniences of a damaged car with a minimum of fuss and time and allow us to offer a fast and easy claims resolution.
